Bora Cards Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bora Cards. Below is our shipping policy, designed to give you a clear understanding of how and when your order will arrive.


 

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

In-stock orders typically ship within 5-7 business days after purchase.

Pre-orders and custom cards may have longer lead times. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page or communicated via email.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

• Custom orders typically require a 3 week lead time

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Domestic shipping (U.S.) options may include:

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Pre-orders and custom cards may have extended timelines due to production.


 

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)

We ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes.

All orders come with tracking numbers, provided via email once the item ships.

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.


 

International Shipping (COMING SOON)

We are currently focused on U.S. shipping only.

International shipping will be available soon—stay tuned!

 


Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 


Lost or Stolen Packages

Bora Cards is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.

For additional protection, Route Package Protection will be available soon at checkout.

 


Pre-Orders & Custom Card Orders

Pre-orders and custom card orders are made-to-order and have longer production times.

Estimated delivery dates will be provided during checkout or through email updates.

Delays can occur due to high demand or production schedules. We’ll keep you informed of any changes.
